Everest Bank Invites Sealed Bids for Auction of Mortgaged Properties

Kathmandu: Everest Bank Limited has invited sealed bids for the auction of movable and immovable assets mortgaged as security against loans obtained by its borrowers.

According to the notice published on Bhadra 15, 2083 (August 31, 2026), the borrowers failed to repay principal, interest and other dues despite repeated verbal and written reminders and a 35-day public notice published in national daily newspapers.

The bank will auction the mortgaged land, buildings, other constructions and vehicles on an “as is, where is” basis, in accordance with prevailing laws and the bank’s regulations. Interested individuals and entities can submit sealed bids subject to the terms and conditions specified by the bank.
