Nabil Bank Invites Sealed Bids for Branch Office Building in Nijgadh

Nabil Bank Limited has invited sealed proposals from interested property owners to lease a building for the operation of a branch office in the main commercial and market area of Nijgadh, Bara.

The bank is seeking a ground-floor or first-floor building with an area of 1,000 to 1,500 square feet in Nijgadh Municipality Ward No. 8 or adjoining wards, particularly within the Nijgadh main market area.

Key Requirements

The proposed building should have:

• Water, electricity and parking facilities
• A motorable road with a minimum width of 6 meters
• No inclusion in any planned road expansion project
• Earthquake-resistant construction, which will be given preference
• Space on the ground floor for an ATM and generator
• Availability for a minimum lease period of 15 years

The bank will deduct applicable taxes from rent payments in accordance with prevailing laws.

Submission Deadline

Interested property owners must submit their sealed proposals by 4:00 PM on September 1, 2026 (Bhadra 16, 2083).

The required proposal form can be obtained free of charge from Nabil Bank's Administration Department at Ghantaghar, Kathmandu, or from the concerned branch office. The form can also be downloaded from the bank's official website.

Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Bid Proposal for Leasing Building", along with the proposed location, contact person's name and contact number.
