Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced a vacancy for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The financial institution, which operates under a Class “D” license from Nepal Rastra Bank, has invited applications from qualified Nepali citizens for the CEO position. The institution has a total operational network covering 19 districts across the Terai and hilly regions, with its central office located in Butwal, Rupandehi.
According to the vacancy notice, candidates must hold a master’s degree in a subject prescribed by Nepal Rastra Bank and have at least seven years of work experience, including at least three years in a managerial position in a bank, financial institution or community financial service sector.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree must have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including managerial-level experience.
Applicants must be at least 30 years old and not more than 60 years old as of the final application deadline.
The selection process will include a business plan, presentation and interview. Salary and other benefits will be determined through mutual agreement based on Nepal Rastra Bank’s guidelines.
