Himalayan bank has issued a 15-day public notice inviting sealed proposals from property owners interested in leasing a building for the establishment of a new branch office in Panchthar District, Koshi Province.
According to the notice published on 20 Sharwan 2083 (Nepali calendar), interested property owners are required to submit their proposals within 15 days, clearly mentioning the proposed rental amount and other required details.
The bank has specified that the proposed building must be legally constructed with an approved building plan, should not fall within any public road right-of-way, and must be directly connected to a main road with its frontage facing the road. The premises must also provide adequate space for a generator and include a separate room for security personnel.
The initial lease period will be at least 15 years, with the possibility of renewal through mutual agreement. The bank stated that applicable taxes will be deducted from rental payments in accordance with prevailing laws.
Buildings involved in ownership disputes will not be considered. The bank has also reserved the sole right to accept or reject any proposal without assigning any reason.
