Global IME Bank has published its FY 2082/83 Q4 Company Analysis, reporting a net profit of Rs 6.22 billion, up 22.7% year-on-year. The bank's earnings were supported by lower funding costs, reduced impairment charges, and stronger fee-based income, despite softer net interest income. Deposits and total assets recorded healthy growth, while the NPL ratio rose slightly to 4.96% and the Capital Adequacy Ratio eased to 12.10%.
The latest results highlight resilient financial performance, although future growth will depend on stronger loan expansion, asset quality management, and efficient capital utilisation.
