Bank Announces Branch Consolidation in Kathmandu

NIC Asia Bank has announced the consolidation of three branch offices in Kathmandu as part of its branch network optimization plan.

According to the bank's notice, customers can continue to access all regular banking services from the branches where operations will be consolidated. The bank also stated that customer account records and related documents will be transferred to the new servicing branches to ensure uninterrupted banking services.

Branches Being Consolidated

  • Dillibazar Branch will be merged into Kamaladi Branch. The distance between the two branches is approximately 1.4 km.
  • Lazimpat Branch will be merged into Thamel Branch, located about 1.5 km away.
  • Chettrapati Branch will be merged into New Road Bishal Bazaar Branch, approximately 500 meters from the existing location.

The bank has requested customers of the affected branches to visit their new servicing branches for future banking transactions after the consolidation date. It also assured customers that all existing banking facilities will remain available without disruption following the transition.

The branch consolidation is part of the bank's ongoing efforts to streamline operations while continuing to provide convenient banking services to customers.
