Shangri-la Development Bank Announces Vacancy for CFO, Branch Managers and Relationship Manager

Kathmandu: Shangri-la Development Bank Limited has opened applications for several positions at its central office and branch network. The bank is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for leadership and banking roles in different locations across Nepal.

Eligibility Criteria

For the Chief Finance Officer position, applicants must be qualified CA or ACCA professionals with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the relevant field. Candidates should have sound knowledge of Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS), along with strong data analysis, financial reporting, accounting, and taxation expertise.

Applicants for the Branch Manager and Relationship Manager positions must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree, while a Master's Degree is preferred for Officer-level positions.

Branch Manager applicants should have a minimum of five years of banking experience, with preference given to candidates who have served for at least two years as a Branch Manager in a development bank or commercial bank.

Candidates applying for the Relationship Manager position must have at least three years of relevant experience in a development bank or commercial bank.

Age Limit

• Manager Level: Below 45 years

• Officer Level: Below 40 years

• Supervisor Level: Below 35 years
