NRB Requires Public Service Commission Pre-Qualification Certificate for Assistant Recruitment

Kathmandu: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced that applicants seeking to compete for the post of Assistant (Second Class) in the Administration Service during the fiscal year 2083/84 must first pass the Integrated Pre-Qualification Examination conducted by the Public Service Commission (PSC).

According to the central bank, candidates applying for the upcoming open competitive recruitment will be required to submit both the Integrated Pre-Qualification Examination pass certificate issued by the PSC and proof of the minimum academic qualification, which is Higher Secondary Education (10+2) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

The requirement follows PSC Notice No. 38/2083-84, published on Shrawan 6, 2083, under which the commission will conduct a unified pre-qualification examination for assistant-level non-technical positions in Nepal Rastra Bank and other organized institutions.

NRB has urged interested candidates to apply for the Integrated Pre-Qualification Examination through the Public Service Commission before applying for the bank's vacancy announcement.

The detailed notice and examination syllabus are available on the official websites of the Public Service Commission and Nepal Rastra Bank.
