Kumari Bank Issues 7-Day Public Notice to Engineering Consultancy

Kumari Bank Limited has issued a 7-day public notice to Capable Engineering for Construction and Development Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., requesting the company to provide a clear explanation regarding a collateral valuation report submitted to the bank under an agreement signed on August 13, 2020 (BS 2077/04/29).

The bank stated that the company's previous written response was not satisfactory despite an earlier request for clarification. It has urged the consultancy to contact the bank and submit a clear response within seven days. Failing to do so, the bank said it will initiate legal action in accordance with prevailing laws and may recommend the company and other concerned parties for blacklisting through the Credit Information Center (CIC).
