Garima Bikas Bank Ltd. has announced multiple career opportunities for experienced banking and finance professionals as part of its ongoing leadership and workforce expansion.
The national-level development bank is seeking applications from qualified, result-oriented, and self-motivated Nepali citizens for several officer-level and executive positions. Interested candidates can apply through the bank's official career portal by 31 July 2026.
The bank is recruiting Branch Managers for branches located inside the Kathmandu Valley, as well as in Dhangadhi and Surkhet.
Applicants should hold at least a bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, or a related discipline, while a master's degree will be considered an advantage. Candidates are expected to have a minimum of five years of experience in Nepal Rastra Bank-licensed banking and financial institutions, along with strong knowledge of branch operations, credit procedures, regulatory directives, customer service, and business development.
Garima Bikas Bank is also inviting applications for Chartered Accountant positions at the officer level. Candidates must be qualified through ICAI or ICAN, and previous banking audit experience will be an added advantage.
In addition, the bank is seeking Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants for Senior Assistant and Supervisor-level roles. Prior experience in banking sector audits will be considered beneficial.
Garima Bikas Bank has also announced an opening for the position of Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO).
The position requires candidates with at least 15 years of banking experience, currently serving at a minimum of Senior Manager level in Class 'A' commercial banks or Chief Manager level in Class 'B' financial institutions licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank.
Applicants should possess a master's degree or an equivalent qualification in Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
According to the bank, the ACEO will play a key role in business leadership, operational oversight, risk management, corporate strategy, and organizational development while supporting the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer in the bank's overall management.
The bank has set the maximum age limit at 35 years for assistant-level positions and 40 years for officer-level positions, with an additional five-year age relaxation for eligible female applicants.
Interested candidates are required to submit an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) through the bank's official career portal by 31 July 2026.
