Lumbini Bikas Bank Appoints Suman Acharya as Chief Executive Officer

Lumbini Bikas Bank Ltd. has appointed Suman Acharya as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a four-year term.

The decision was made during the bank's 528th meeting of the Board of Directors, held on Asar 24, 2083 (B.S.), from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. According to the board's resolution, Acharya will officially assume the role of CEO from Shrawan 1, 2083 (B.S.).

The appointment is for a four-year tenure and was approved by the Board of Directors in accordance with the bank's governance procedures.

Lumbini Bikas Bank stated that the appointment has been made following the board's decision and has been formally communicated as part of its regulatory disclosure.

The bank is one of Nepal's national-level development banks licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank and continues to provide banking and financial services across the country.
