Kathmandu, July 3: A commercial bank has invited sealed proposals from property owners seeking to rent out a building for the relocation of its Battisputali Branch in Kathmandu.
According to a public notice, the bank is looking for a building or commercial space of approximately 2,500 to 3,500 square feet in or around the Battisputali area. Interested property owners have been requested to submit their rental proposals within seven days from the date of publication of the notice.
The proposals should clearly specify the rental location and the expected rental amount. Applications must be submitted to the bank's General Administration Department at Kamaladi, Kathmandu, along with the required supporting documents.
