Kathmandu: Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., a national-level Class 'D' microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, has announced vacancies for multiple officer and assistant-level positions. The institution, which currently provides microfinance services through 167 branch offices across Nepal, has invited applications from qualified Nepali citizens to fill approved vacant positions under its fiscal year 2082/83 staffing plan.
According to the vacancy notice, the available positions include:
Candidates applying for officer-level finance positions must have completed a bachelor's degree in Management along with CA, ACCA, CPA, or IPCC (Semi Qualified CA) qualifications. Law applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in Law. Assistant-level applicants are required to have passed +2 or equivalent, while Trainee Assistants must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent.
Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of the application deadline. Female candidates are eligible for an additional five years in the upper age limit. A valid motorcycle or scooter driving licence is mandatory for all applicants.
The application deadline is Shrawan 5, 2083 (July/August 2026). Interested candidates must submit their applications via email to [email protected], along with the prescribed application form available on the institution's official website.
The recruitment process will vary depending on the position and may include written examinations, field concept assessments, practical tests, and interviews.
The application fee is Rs. 500 for both officer and assistant-level positions. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further selection procedures.
Suryodaya Womi Microfinance stated that salaries and other benefits will be provided in accordance with the institution's policies, and it reserves the right to amend or cancel the recruitment process if necessary.
