Kathmandu, June 30: Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has issued a public notice inviting sealed bids for the sale of a mortgaged vehicle held as collateral by its Narayangadh Branch.
According to the bank, the vehicle was pledged against a vehicle loan. As part of the recovery process and in accordance with applicable laws, banking regulations, and the bank's internal procedures, the collateral is being offered for sale through a sealed bid process.
Interested individuals, firms, companies, and other eligible organizations are invited to submit their sealed bids to the bank's Head Office in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, within the prescribed submission period and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the notice.
The bank stated that the sale will be conducted in line with prevailing legal and regulatory requirements.
