Kathmandu – Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited has completed the allotment of 474,696 unsubscribed rights shares that were offered through a sealed bidding process.
The company had invited applications for the shares from June 4 to June 12, 2026. Following the collection and evaluation of bids, the allotment was finalized on June 24, 2026.
The company has also announced that refunds for unsuccessful or partially successful applicants will be processed as per the allotment results.
