Kathmandu, Nepal: Global IME Bank Limited has announced a sealed bid invitation for the sale of its non-banking assets, including properties such as land and buildings owned by the bank.
According to a public notice published in a national daily newspaper on July 18, 2026 (Ashadh 4, 2083), the bank will sell the listed properties on an "as-is, where-is" basis through a confidential sealed bidding process.
Interested individuals, businesses, and institutions are invited to participate in the bidding process by obtaining the official bid form from the bank. Applicants must submit their completed sealed bids along with a deposit equivalent to at least 10 percent of the offered bid amount as earnest money.
The bank has requested bidders to submit their applications within seven days from the publication date of the notice. Completed bid documents can be submitted during office hours to the Loan Recovery Department at the bank’s Head Office in Naxal, Kathmandu, or to any designated branch office.
Global IME Bank stated that all received bids will be opened on the specified date, time, and venue mentioned in the bid documents. Interested bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid-opening process. If the scheduled opening date falls on a public holiday, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and location.
The bank has reserved the right to accept, reject, cancel, negotiate, or modify any bid without assigning any reason. Detailed terms and conditions related to the bidding process are available in the official bid form.
