Kathmandu: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has invited stakeholders to provide feedback and suggestions on the revised draft of the Employee Service Regulations that serves as a model framework for banks and financial institutions licensed by the central bank.
According to a notice issued by NRB, the draft has been amended and updated to address evolving human resource management practices within the banking and financial sector. The revised document has been made available on the central bank’s official website for review by concerned stakeholders.
NRB has requested banks, financial institutions, industry representatives, professionals, and other interested parties to submit their comments and recommendations on the proposed draft by June 29, 2026 (Asar 15, 2083).
Feedback can be submitted either in writing to the central bank or via email at [email protected].
The central bank stated that stakeholder participation will help ensure that the revised regulations are practical, transparent, and aligned with the needs of Nepal’s banking and financial sector.
The draft document is available for public review through the official Nepal Rastra Bank website.
