Samudayik Laghubitta Announces Vacancy for Assistant and Trainee Assistant Positions

Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced vacancies for various positions in its approved operating areas across the hilly districts of Koshi Province and districts of Bagmati Province.

According to the vacancy notice, the National Bank of Nepal licensed microfinance institution is seeking qualified Nepali citizens through open competition for the posts of Assistant, Senior Assistant and Supervisor, as well as Junior Assistant (Trainee).

Selected candidates will be assigned responsibilities related to branch management and field operations. For the Assistant-level positions, applicants must have passed the Proficiency Certificate Level (+2) or equivalent and possess at least two years of experience in a position one level below the advertised post. Candidates with a bachelor's degree will be given preference. Similarly, applicants for the Junior Assistant (Trainee) position must have passed the Proficiency Certificate Level (+2), SLC, or equivalent examination.

Interested candidates can download the application form from the institution’s website and submit the completed form along with required documents, including educational certificates, citizenship copy, experience certificates, and a recent passport-size photograph, within 15 days from the publication date. Applications can be submitted to the central office or via email.

The institution has stated that shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews. Knowledge of email, internet, and computer operation is mandatory for all positions. Preference will be given to local applicants from the institution’s operating areas and candidates holding a valid motorcycle or scooter driving license.
