Agricultural Development Bank Ltd. has officially published the results of its promotion (upgradation) process based on performance evaluation for Assistant Level (Level 5), Administrative Service, Office Assistant posts.
According to the notice issued on 2083/02/30 (B.S.), the bank had previously called for applications under Advertisement No. 6/2082-83 to fill vacant positions as per its approved annual strategy and budget for FY 2082/83. A total of 17 positions were allocated for promotion through internal performance-based evaluation.
The selection process was conducted in line with the provisions outlined in the Agricultural Development Bank Employee Service Regulations, 2062, including criteria such as performance appraisal, seniority, educational qualification, and points awarded for service in designated geographic regions.
Based on the evaluation and ranking of eligible candidates up to the end of Ashadh 2082, the recommendation has been finalized. The seniority of the promoted employees will be effective from the date of this publication, as per the decision of the Post Fulfillment Committee dated 2083/02/30.
The bank has stated that this notice has been published for the information of all concerned in accordance with the relevant provisions of its service regulations.
