Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) has published the results of its performance evaluation-based promotion process for the position of Branch Officer (Officer Level, Grade 6) under the Administration Service.
According to a notice issued on June 8, 2026 (Jestha 24, 2083), the bank completed the promotion process for 15 vacant Branch Officer positions as approved under its Annual Strategy and Budget for Fiscal Year 2082/83.
The vacancies were announced through Advertisement No. 5/2082-83 on November 17, 2025 (Kartik 1, 2082). Eligible employees were assessed based on performance evaluation, length of service, educational qualifications, and experience in geographically classified areas, in accordance with the provisions of the Agricultural Development Bank Employees Service Regulations, 2062.
Based on the total marks obtained under the prescribed criteria, a merit order was prepared and candidates were recommended for promotion by the Staff Recruitment and Promotion Committee at its meeting held on Jestha 24, 2083.
The bank stated that the promotions will take effect from the date of publication of the notice, with seniority applicable accordingly. The notice has been published for the information of all concerned as per the provisions of the Employees Service Regulations, 2062.
