Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) has published the results of its internal promotion process conducted through performance evaluation for the position of Senior Branch Manager (Level 7) under the Administration Service.
According to a notice issued by the bank’s Human Resource Management Department, the promotion process was carried out in line with the bank’s approved staffing structure and annual strategic plan for the fiscal year 2025/26. Eligible candidates were assessed based on performance evaluation, seniority, educational qualifications, and experience in designated geographic areas, as provided under the bank’s Employee Service Regulations.
The bank stated that the recommendation was made by the Promotion Committee following its decision on June 6, 2026.
A total of six employees have been recommended for promotion to the Senior Branch Manager position. The successful candidates include Bhojraj Joshi, Chandra Kumar Singali, Krishna Prasad Sapkota, Rudra Adhikari, Komananda Bhandari, and Umesh Kumar Paudel.
ADBL noted that the promotion results have been published in accordance with the provisions of its Employee Service Regulations and related internal policies.
The notice was issued by the Member Secretary of the Promotion Committee, Agricultural Development Bank Limited.
