Siddhartha Premier Insurance Invites Sealed Bids for Property Purchase in Butwal and Pokhara

Kathmandu, Nepal: Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited (SPIL) has issued a public notice inviting sealed bids from interested individuals, organizations, and property owners for the purchase of land and buildings in Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City and Pokhara Metropolitan City.

According to the notice published on June 4, 2026 (2083/02/21 BS), the company plans to acquire suitable properties for its office operations and other business purposes in compliance with the directives issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority.

The insurer is seeking proposals from property owners willing to sell land with or without buildings, provided the properties meet the company's specified requirements.

Property Requirements

Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City

  • Land area ranging from 15 Dhur (approximately 254 square meters) to 30 Dhur (approximately 508 square meters).
  • Property may include an existing building or vacant land.

Pokhara Metropolitan City

  • Land area ranging from 8 Anna (approximately 254.4 square meters) to 16 Anna (approximately 508.7 square meters).
  • Both built-up and vacant land properties are eligible.

SPIL has requested interested sellers to submit their proposals under the prescribed terms and conditions at the company's head office in Babarmahal, Kathmandu.

The acquisition is expected to support the company's expansion strategy and strengthen its operational presence in major urban centers across Nepal.

Property owners and institutions interested in participating in the bidding process are encouraged to submit their offers within the timeframe specified by the company.
