Kumari Bank Limited has invited sealed bids for the auction sale of a non-banking property registered in the bank’s name. The bank has issued a seven-day confidential tender notice, offering interested individuals, firms, and institutions an opportunity to purchase the property.
According to the notice, the property will be sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis, meaning it will be transferred in its current condition and quantity without any modifications or guarantees.
The property offered for sale is located in Rupakot Ward No. 3, Kaski District. It consists of 0-5-1-0 ropani of land under Plot No. 6671, registered at the Land Revenue Office, Lekhnath, Kaski, in the name of Kumari Bank Limited. The sale also includes all associated rights, interests, and appurtenances attached to the property.
Kumari Bank stated that the auction is part of its non-banking asset management process. Interested buyers are required to submit confidential sealed bids within seven days from the publication date of the notice and comply with the terms and conditions set by the bank.
The bank has advised prospective bidders to contact the concerned office for detailed information regarding the property, bidding procedures, and auction requirements.
