Nabil Bank Limited has announced a revision in its banking operation hours effective from Chaitra 27, 2082.
According to the bank, all regular branch banking services will now remain open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays will be observed as public holidays for regular banking operations.
The bank has also informed customers that its Evening Counters, 365-Day Banking Counters, and Holiday Counters will continue operating under separate schedules as published by the bank.
Under the updated arrangement, selected branches across different provinces including Biratnagar, Birgunj, Tinkune, Lalitpur, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, Surkhet, and other locations will provide extended banking services through Evening and Holiday counters.
Nabil Bank stated that during public holidays, customers will be able to deposit up to NPR 1 million and withdraw up to NPR 200,000 through banking, 365-day banking, and Evening counters.
As per the integrated directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, the bank will also continue operating banking counters during several national and cultural holidays including Buddha Jayanti, Republic Day, Raksha Bandhan, Krishna Janmashtami, Christmas Day, Maghe Sankranti, Democracy Day, Maha Shivaratri, Ram Navami, Eid festivals, and other holidays declared by the Government of Nepal.
The bank further mentioned that services such as Government Debt Management, RTGS, and Remittance facilities will remain operational on those special holidays as well.
