Kathmandu - Nabil Bank has published an updated notice regarding the sale of house and land located in Sukedhara, Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No. 4, through a sealed bid process.
According to the bank, interested individuals, firms, companies, or institutions can submit sealed quotations for the property owned by the bank. The deadline for bid submission has now been extended until May 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
The property includes land measuring 196.78 square meters (0-5-3-2 ropani equivalent) located in Kathmandu. Interested parties can obtain detailed proposal forms and additional information from the bank’s administration department or through the official website of Nabil Bank.
