Machhapuchchhre Bank has announced that several insurance-related benefits previously available under selected salary account schemes will be discontinued from Shrawan 1, 2083.
According to the bank’s notice, facilities provided under “MBL Surakshit Talab Khata,” “MBL Smart Salary Account,” and “MBL New Smart Talab Khata” including accidental insurance, critical illness coverage, hospitalization, and domiciliary insurance services will no longer remain available from the specified date.
The bank has also requested customers who have pending insurance claims related to periods before the effective date to contact their nearest branch office and complete the claim process within the prescribed timeline.
Machhapuchchhre Bank stated that customers may contact nearby branch offices or the bank’s customer service center for additional information regarding the update.
