Kathmandu — Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has announced a requirement for house and flat spaces for the relocation of its branch offices in different locations.
According to the notice issued by the bank, suitable properties with an area ranging from approximately 900 to 1,400 square feet are required for the relocation of its Putalisadak branch in Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward No. 29 and Khadichaur branch in Panchkhal, Kavrepalanchok.
The bank has invited interested property owners to submit proposals along with details of the property and proposed monthly rent. Applicants are required to provide copies of ownership certificates, building completion certificates, approved building maps, and citizenship documents.
As per the bank’s requirements, the property must be connected to the main road, built under a pillar system, and have sufficient space for parking, ATM installation, and generator placement. The bank has also stated that the property should be free from any legal disputes.
Interested parties can submit their proposals within seven days from the date of publication of the notice.
