Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Announces Sealed Bid Auction for Motorcycles

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has published a notice inviting sealed bids for the sale of several two-wheeler vehicles owned by the bank.

According to the bank, interested individuals, firms, companies, or institutions can submit sealed quotations to purchase the motorcycles within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice. The vehicles will be sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis through a confidential sealed bid process.

The bank stated that bid application forms can be obtained from its central office at Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, or nearby branch offices upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 500 for each vehicle.

As per the notice, bidders are required to submit a security deposit equivalent to at least 10 percent of the quoted amount along with the application. The sealed bids will be opened at the bank’s central office in the presence of bidders’ representatives and concerned officials.

The final date for bid submission is Jestha 22, 2083, while the bids are scheduled to be opened on Jestha 25, 2083 at 3:30 PM at the bank’s central office in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu.

The motorcycles available under the bidding process include Honda CB Shine 125 CC and Hero Splendor models located at different branch offices including Butwal, Narayangadh, Rampur, and Kotihawa.
