Siddhartha Bank has announced revisions to its ATM cash withdrawal service for selected savings account holders using ATM terminals of other banks within Nepal.
According to the bank, the updated provision will come into effect from Jestha 6, 2083. Under the revised arrangement, customers holding Siddhartha Smart Salary Account and Siddhartha Platinum Plus Saving Account will continue to receive free cash withdrawal facilities through other banks’ ATM terminals, with a limit of up to two free transactions per month.
However, the bank stated that this facility will no longer be available for customers maintaining Siddhartha Super Salary Saving Account, Siddhartha Professional Saving Account, and Siddhartha Jeevan Suraksha Saving Account.
The bank has requested customers to contact the nearest branch office or customer service center for further information regarding the updated ATM service provisions.
