Nabil Bank Invites Proposals for Staff Household Insurance Services

Kathmandu — Nabil Bank has invited sealed proposals from eligible insurance companies and firms for providing comprehensive household insurance services for its staff members.

According to the notice published by the bank, interested bidders are required to submit several supporting documents, including notarized PAN/VAT certificates, audited balance sheets of the last two fiscal years, tax clearance certificates, company registration documents, and company profiles with details of promoters and management teams.

The bank has also requested bidders to provide a self-declaration confirming that the company has not been blacklisted or involved in any legal prosecution.

Nabil Bank stated that detailed information regarding the number of staff members and insurance amount will be provided to interested parties upon written request.

As per the notice, sealed quotations addressed to the Administration Department of the bank must be submitted to the bank’s head office at Ghantaghar, Kathmandu, by 4:00 PM on June 1, 2026 (Jestha 18, 2083).

The bid opening process is scheduled for 11:00 AM on June 2, 2026 (Jestha 19, 2083) at the bank’s head office in Kathmandu.

The bank further noted that if the bid submission or opening date falls on a public holiday, the process will automatically be shifted to the next working day.

Nabil Bank has reserved the right to accept or reject any proposal, either partially or fully, without assigning any reason.
