Notice regarding the resignation of four directors of Himalayan Reinsurance

Kathmandu — Himalayan Reinsurance Limited has announced that four of its board directors have resigned from their positions.

According to the company, directors Amit Mor, Rajiv Mor, Shubhechha Kharel, and Subhash Kumar Jhunjhunwala stepped down, and their resignations were approved by the board meeting held on Baisakh 4.

Following the resignations, the company has made new appointments to its board. Deepak Kumar Mishra has been appointed as a director representing Kalika Fincorp Pvt. Ltd., while Ashish Chandra Neupane has been appointed as an independent director. These appointments will remain in effect until the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting
