Kathmandu - Citizens Bank International Limited has announced a wide range of job vacancies targeting experienced banking professionals as well as fresh graduates, signaling its continued expansion and strengthening of human resources across provincial and central operations.

At the leadership level, the bank is seeking candidates for Province Manager (Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager) and Business Officer – Province (Assistant Manager/Senior Officer) roles. BPM Developers (Junior Officer/Supervisor)
Developers (Supervisor/Assistant)
Core Banking System (CBS) Officers
IT System Administrators and Support Staff
Candidates with expertise in API development, digital platforms, Oracle-based systems, cybersecurity, and banking software are highly preferred. The bank’s recruitment in this segment indicates ongoing investment in digital infrastructure and fintech capabilities.
