Citizens Bank Announces Counter Service Availability on Public Holidays -

Citizens Bank has informed customers that selected branch counters will remain open on the public holiday of Chaitra 28, 2082 (April 11, 2026), from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Services will be available at Durbar Marg (inside valley) and major branches outside the valley including Biratnagar, Vidhyapati Chowk, Pokhara, Hospital Line, Surkhet, and Dhangadhi to ensure convenient banking access during the holiday.
