Narayani Development Bank Announces Vacancies for Multiple Positions

Chitwan: Narayani Development Bank Limited (NDBL), a regional-level development bank with its central office in Bharatpur-10, Chitwan, has opened vacancies for several positions, calling applications from qualified and experienced Nepali candidates.

According to the notice, the bank is seeking candidates for the posts of Risk Officer, Compliance Officer, Branch Manager, and staff in the Operation & Credit Department. The positions range from assistant level to managerial level, depending on the role.

For the Risk Officer position, applicants must hold at least a master’s degree in management, with preference given to candidates having CA, Semi-CA, or ACCA qualifications. A minimum of five years of banking experience and strong knowledge of risk assessment and NRB directives is required.

Similarly, the Compliance Officer role requires a bachelor’s degree in management along with at least five years of banking experience and a sound understanding of banking laws, NRB directives, and compliance-related regulations.

For the Branch Manager position, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (preferably a master’s degree) in management and a minimum of five years of relevant banking experience. Applicants should also have good knowledge of credit and branch operations.

The bank is also hiring for the Operation & Credit Department at the assistant level. Candidates with +2 to bachelor’s degree in management are eligible to apply. While at least two years of experience is preferred, freshers with strong knowledge and skills may also be considered.

The age limit for officer-level positions is up to 40 years, while for assistant-level roles it is up to 35 years. Preference will be given to local candidates with a two-wheeler driving license.
