Narayani Development Bank Limited (NDBL), a regional-level development bank with its central office in Bharatpur-10, Chitwan, has opened applications for various positions. The bank has invited applications from qualified, competent, and self-motivated Nepali citizens who are passionate about building a career in the banking sector.
According to the notice, the bank is seeking candidates for the positions of Risk Officer, Compliance Officer, Branch Manager, and Operation & Credit (Assistant Level).
For the Risk Officer role (Officer to Managerial Level), candidates must hold at least a Master’s degree in Management, with preference given to those having CA/Semi-CA/ACCA qualifications. Applicants should have a minimum of five years of banking experience along with sound knowledge of NRB directives, banking operations, and risk assessment. The age limit is 40 years.
Similarly, for the Compliance Officer (Officer Level), candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Management, with preference for CA/Semi-CA/ACCA qualifications. A minimum of five years of banking experience and strong knowledge of NRB directives, the Banking Act, and compliance-related regulations are required. The age limit is also 40 years.
For the Branch Manager position, applicants should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree (preferably a Master’s) in Management, along with a minimum of five years of relevant banking experience. Candidates must have strong knowledge of credit and branch operations. The age limit is 40 years, and preference will be given to local candidates with a two-wheeler driving license.
In the Operation & Credit Department (Assistant Level), candidates must have completed at least +2 up to a Bachelor’s degree in Management. A minimum of two years of relevant banking experience is required, although fresh candidates may also be considered based on their skills and knowledge. Applicants must have basic computer knowledge and fluency in English. The age limit for this position is 35 years.
