Khotang: Salapa Bikas Bank Ltd., a “B” class development bank operating in Khotang district, has announced a vacancy for the position of Micro-finance Field Assistant (Junior Assistant level) on a permanent basis.
According to the official notice, the bank is seeking one qualified and motivated Nepali citizen for placement at its Baksila Branch Office, Khotang. The role primarily focuses on strengthening microfinance services at the community level.
The key responsibilities include conducting regular microfinance group meetings, promoting financial awareness such as savings habits and effective loan utilization, disbursing microfinance loans, managing repayments, collecting deposits, and maintaining accurate client transaction records. The selected candidate will also be responsible for promoting the bank’s products and supporting the microfinance department in achieving its targets.
In terms of eligibility, candidates must have completed SLC/SEE, while there is no age limit specified. Both freshers and experienced applicants can apply, although preference will be given to those with at least one year of relevant experience.
The selection process will consist of an interview. Interested candidates are required to submit their application along with a resume via email before April 28, 2026 (15/01/2083) by 5 PM.
The bank has stated that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further selection, and it reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning reasons. Additionally, canvassing at any stage will lead to automatic disqualification.
