Kathmandu — Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta has announced new job openings, inviting interested and qualified Nepali candidates to apply for several positions.
The organization is looking to hire staff for different roles, including Junior Officer, Senior Assistant, Junior Assistant, and Trainee Assistant. These positions are available in limited numbers and will be based in various branch offices.
For the Junior Officer role, applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in management, economics, or a related subject. Candidates with at least two years of experience in banking or microfinance will have an added advantage.
Those applying for the Senior Assistant position need to have completed their intermediate level (PCL or equivalent) along with a few years of relevant work experience. Similarly, candidates for Junior Assistant and Trainee Assistant positions must have passed SEE/SLC, with preference given to those who already have some field experience.
The institution has also set age limits: applicants for officer-level roles should be between 21 and 40 years, while assistant-level applicants should fall between 18 and 35 years. Female candidates are eligible for an additional five-year age relaxation.
In addition, all applicants must have a valid motorcycle or scooter driving license. Basic computer skills and prior experience in the microfinance sector will be considered a plus.
Interested candidates can download the application form from the company’s website and submit it along with the required documents. The application deadline is within 15 days from the date the notice was published.
The recruitment process will include a written test followed by an interview, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
