Kathmandu – Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has announced vacancies for assistant-level positions and has invited applications from qualified Nepali citizens.
According to the notice published by the microfinance institution, the company is seeking employees for the positions of Assistant and Junior Assistant Trainee under the assistant category. The number of vacancies has not been specified.
For the Assistant position, applicants must have at least a Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) or equivalent qualification and a minimum of two years of work experience in the microfinance sector.
Similarly, candidates applying for the Junior Assistant Trainee position must have passed at least SEE/SLC or a proficiency certificate level or equivalent examination. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a valid driving license and vehicle operation skills.
The age limit for the assistant category is 21 to 35 years, with an additional five-year relaxation for female candidates.
The selected employees will be responsible for tasks such as branch operations, group mobilization in rural areas, loan investment and recovery, savings collection, loan analysis, and monitoring financial activities in different branches of the institution.
For the Assistant position, candidates will be selected through a written test and interview, while Junior Assistant Trainee candidates will go through a field concept test followed by an interview.
Applicants must pay an application fee of NPR 300, which can be deposited in the specified bank account of the institution or through eSewa.
Interested candidates can submit their applications through the Career section of the institution’s website (www.infinitylbsl.com.np) within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice, along with required documents such as CV, passport-sized photo, citizenship copy, academic certificates, and experience certificates.
The microfinance institution has stated that the final authority for employee selection will remain with the organization.
