Guardian Micro Life Insurance Limited (GMLI), a leading micro life insurance company in Nepal, has announced vacancies for multiple managerial and branch-level positions across various provinces.
According to the vacancy announcement, the company is seeking competent, energetic, and dedicated Nepali citizens for the posts of Province Head (Managerial Position) and Branch/Sub-Branch Incharge.
For the Province Head position, placements are available in Bagmati Province (Bharatpur) and Sudurpashchim Province (Mahendranagar). Applicants are required to hold a Master’s degree in Management or a related discipline from a recognized university, along with at least five years of relevant experience in the life insurance industry. Candidates must possess sound knowledge of micro insurance, insurance operations, regulatory compliance, and local market dynamics. Proficiency in computer applications and digital payment systems is also required.
Similarly, the company is hiring Branch/Sub-Branch Incharge for multiple locations including Khandbari, Dhankuta (Hile), Chandragadi, Urlabari, Lahan, Jeetpur (Bara), Bharatpur, Baglung, Nuwakot, Gorkha, Panauti, Butwal, Surkhet, Jumla, and Pyuthan. Applicants should preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field, with at least three years of relevant marketing experience in the life insurance sector, which will be considered an added advantage. Candidates must also be proficient in essential computer applications and digital payment systems.
