Kathmandu: Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Ltd. has announced a vacancy for the position of Manager – Project, Consortium & Corporate Financing at its Central Office, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu. The position is at the managerial level and targets experienced banking professionals with strong expertise in project and consortium financing.
The bank is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead big-ticket project-based lending and corporate financing initiatives. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding the bank’s portfolio in infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, and real estate sectors.
The Manager will be responsible for:
Driving large-scale project-based lending business.
Identifying and soliciting new project finance opportunities in targeted sectors.
Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking and market research.
Promoting project finance products and related banking solutions.
Supporting consortium lending arrangements.
Analyzing financial models, cash flow forecasts, and feasibility studies.
Conducting credit risk assessments and preparing detailed appraisal reports.
Coordinating with legal, technical, and valuation teams for due diligence.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Conducting periodic credit reviews and risk monitoring.
Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive banking experience.
Currently working at a managerial level.
At least 5 years of experience in project and consortium financing in a commercial or development bank.
