National Co-operative Bank Limited (NCBL) has announced a vacancy for the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO). According to the re-advertisement published on 19th Magh, 2082, the bank is seeking to appoint one qualified and experienced professional to strengthen its leadership team.
As per the notice, the Deputy CEO will support the Chief Executive Officer in strategic planning, goal setting, and effective implementation of the bank’s policies and operational plans. The role includes overseeing financial, administrative, and operational functions, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, providing strategic guidance to departments, and monitoring performance in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Candidates applying for the position must hold a Master’s degree in Management or Humanities (Economics) from a recognized university with at least second division or equivalent. The bank requires a minimum of seven years of managerial-level experience. Eligible experience includes positions such as Manager or above in commercial banks; CEO or up to two levels below CEO in Class B, C, or D financial institutions and NCBL; Executive Chief in cooperatives; Undersecretary or above in government organizations; or equivalent roles as determined by the Recruitment Subcommittee. The maximum age limit is 58 years, with preference given to younger and energetic candidates.
