Siddhartha Capital Limited Announces Vacancy for Human Resource Officer

Kathmandu: Siddhartha Capital Limited (SCL), a subsidiary of Siddhartha Bank Limited, has announced a career opportunity for the position of Human Resource – Assistant to Officer Level. The company is seeking result-oriented individuals with a strong interest in building a career in investment banking.

According to the notice, applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Management and have a minimum of two years of experience in a human resources department. Candidates are also expected to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including staff recruitment, employee relations, preparation of HR-related documents, compliance with HR policies, handling employee grievances, payroll management, attendance monitoring, leave planning, staff training coordination, and liaison with vendors related to HR outsourcing and staff uniforms. The role also includes responsibilities related to provident fund, gratuity, staff loans, travel settlements, and HR software updates.

Interested candidates are required to submit their application along with a resume mentioning expected remuneration to [email protected] on or before 23 December 2025. The company has stated that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
