Kathmandu, November 16, 2025 — Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited has proposed a total dividend of 10.53% for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was made during the bank’s 314th Board Meeting, held at 4:00 PM on November 16, 2025. The proposed dividend is subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
According to the proposal:
Total Dividend: 10.53% (Ten Point Five Three Percent)
Bonus Shares: 10% (Ten Percent), equivalent to 24,346,512.23 units
Cash Dividend: 0.53% (Zero Point Five Three Percent), amounting to Rs. 128,139,538.00, allocated for tax purposes on the bonus shares
The bank stated that the dividend distribution aims to deliver value to its shareholders while supporting future growth and strengthening its capital position.
