Kumari Bank Announces No Dividend Distribution for the Last Fiscal Year

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has announced that it will not distribute dividends to its shareholders from the profit earned in the previous fiscal year.

According to the bank, this decision was made during a meeting of the Board of Directors held on Wednesday, Kartik 26. The meeting resolved not to distribute any dividend and to forward the financial statements of the last fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank accordingly.
