Nepal Rastra Bank Signs Agreement with Chinese Firm for Printing of Rs.50 Banknotes -

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has entered into an agreement with China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation, Beijingfor the design, printing, and supply of 420 million pieces of Rs.50 denomination banknotes. The contract, valued at USD 10.42 million, was awarded through an open competitive bidding process in accordance with Nepal’s Public Procurement Regulations.
