Himalayan Bank Limited has announced that it will be upgrading its Core Banking Software from T24 Release R19 to T24 Release R23 to enhance customer service quality, efficiency, and security. The software upgrade is scheduled to take place from November 3 to November 11, 2025.
During this period, certain banking services, including Mobile Banking, Online Banking, and related digital platforms, may experience temporary disruptions. The bank has urged its customers to complete any urgent transactions before the upgrade period to avoid inconvenience.
The bank stated that the upgrade aims to provide a faster, more secure, and technologically advanced digital banking experience for its customers. Customers may experience difficulties accessing their mobile or online banking services, including login, transaction processing, or PIN/Password resets, during the upgrade.
