Minimum Qualification:

Master’s degree in Management, Banking, Finance, Monetary Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Law from a recognized university, with at least 10 years of experience in banking and financial institutions, including 3 years at a senior managerial level.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience as a CEO/Deputy CEO/Managerial position in a financial institution.

• Prior experience in a microfinance institution.

• Proficiency in information technology and digital systems.

• Must not exceed 60 years of age on the last date of application submission.

1. Application with personal and academic details.

2. Proposal (within 2,500 words) outlining analysis of Nepal’s microfinance sector, challenges, and the applicant’s strategic approach for Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd.

3. Copies of citizenship certificate, academic certificates, experience letters, and self-attested documents.

4. Equivalency certificate for foreign academic qualifications, if applicable.
