Kathmandu, October 31, 2025 — NMB Bank Limited has announced that its card-related services will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance. The maintenance will begin on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 8:00 PM, and continue until Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 4:00 PM, lasting for a total of 20 hours.
During this maintenance period, customers will not be able to use NMB Bank’s Debit Cards, Credit Cards, ATMs, POS machines, or eCommerce payment services. As a result, all card-based cash withdrawals, in-store payments, and online transactions will remain disrupted.
The bank has requested its customers to make necessary financial arrangements in advance and to use alternative digital banking channels, including Mobile Banking and Internet Banking, to carry out essential transactions during the maintenance window.
NMB Bank has expressed regret for the temporary inconvenience and extended appreciation for its customers’ understanding and cooperation while the system upgrade is being carried out to enhance future service performance.
