Shangri-la Development Bank Announces Multiple Job Vacancies

Kathmandu, Oct 2025 — Shangri-la Development Bank Limited has announced several job openings for qualified and motivated individuals to join its team in various departments at its central office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.

According to the official notice, the bank is seeking candidates for the following positions:

1. Information Security Officer (Job Code: 082/83-03)

   • Officer Level, Integrated Risk Department

   • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field

   • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in banking and financial institutions)

   • Sound knowledge of information security policies and practices

   • Required number: 1

2. Information Security Assistant (Job Code: 082/83-04)

   • Senior Assistant to Supervisor Level, Integrated Risk Department

   • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field

   • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in BFIs)

   • Required number: 1

3. Legal Recovery Assistant (Job Code: 082/83-05)

   • Senior Assistant to Supervisor Level, Recovery & NPA Management Department

   • Bachelor’s degree/LLB or above in Law

   • Minimum 2 years of experience in legal firms

   • Sound knowledge of legal provisions and practices

   • Required number: 1

4. Semi-qualified CA (Job Code: 082/83-06)

   • Senior Assistant/Supervisor Level

   • Different departments

   • CAP II or equivalent qualification from ICAN/ICAI

   • Minimum 2 years of articleship or relevant banking experience

   • Tech-savvy with strong analytical thinking and reporting skills

   • Required number: Few

The bank has specified that the age limit for Officer Level candidates should be below 40 years, and for Assistant Level candidates below 35 years as of the application deadline.
