Corporate Development Bank Announces Multiple Job Openings

Birgunj, October 2025 — Corporate Development Bank Ltd., the only development bank headquartered in Madhesh Pradesh, has announced several job vacancies for dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Nepali citizens.

The bank has opened applications for multiple positions across its branches and head office, including:

1. Branch Managers (Jr. Officer/Officer level)

   • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

2. Head AML/CFT/Internal Audit/Compliance (Jr. Officer/Officer level)

   • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

   • Semi-qualified or qualified Chartered Accountants will be given preference.

3. Head of Finance and Planning (Jr. Officer/Officer level)

   • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

   • Preference for semi-qualified or qualified Chartered Accountants.

4. Information Technology (IT) – Assistant to Officer level

   • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

   • Candidates familiar with Pumari Software, database systems, computer hardware/software, and computer networks will be prioritized.

   • Experience requirement: Minimum five years for officer-level applicants and at least two years for assistant-level applicants in NRB-licensed financial institutions.

Selection Process:
The bank will shortlist candidates for interviews at the officer level, while assistant-level applicants will undergo a written test followed by an interview.
